Can I Track My Order?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking code will be sent once the order has been shipped.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
For international orders, pre-payment of duties and taxes are currently not available. For all international orders, shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and you’ll be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these charges necessary to release your order from customs.
Please note that you as a customer are responsible for paying any customs, duties, VAT or any other charges levied by your country and that we will NOT refund any order where the recipient has refused to pay the charges or that has been abandoned. If you have accidentally missed to pay your fees please consult Customer Service and we’ll help you out.

What is your online return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
For online orders through http://www.brashystudios.com we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a STORE CREDIT. There’s no restocking fee. However customer needs to pay the shipping associated.
We do not accept returns for products purchased on sale or using a discount code.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return.
Brashy Studios monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
